year old company which owns and operates many leases in South Texas. The company has a large inventory of south Texas prospects for sale that range from shallow 700 foot oil and gas projects to deep 17,000+ foot over-pressured gas projects. Internal funds are used for negotiation and acquisition of oil and gas leases and therefore can be offered to investment companies at a ground floor basis.
